1. Executive, Security Operations (Labuan)
Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE
To oversee effective implementations of laid down security procedures by AB Security, Ground Handling Agent and vendors for the protection of Company properties including aircrafts and their uplifts against acts of unlawful interference at station
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To ensure compliance of security procedure and policy
2. To access and undertake immediate actions on any security incident or security breach at LBU station.
3. To co-ordinate with Head of Security for the development of new security procedures
4. To assess and monitor the effectiveness of current security procedure implemented so as to enable modification when necessary
5. To disseminate instruction or directives from Head of Security
6. To produce statistic and monthly reports
7. To report to Head of Security on any security interest including intelligence at station
8. Preparing and issuing contingency plans on threats against local aviation security and Company properties
9. To procure statistic on discrepancies related to criminal activities within the Company
10. To recommend acceptable security measures to Head of Security
11. To provide update information on the current security trends
12. Assist in preparing annual departmental budget for station
13. Assist in controlling department expenditure at station
14. Establish close liaison with local enforcement bodies to facilitate close cooperation on security arrangement
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1. Degree in any related field with 0-2 years experience in Aviation Security Operations
2. SPM/SPMV with 4 years experience in Airline Operations
SKILLS
1. Well versed in security SOP, Security Program, National Civil Aviation Security Program, ICAO doca 8973 (Security Manual) and ICAO Annex 17
2. Capable to coordinate in the event of Bomb threat & emergency / crisis situation
3. Good interpersonal skill at all levels
4. Vast working experience in operation

2. Executive, Cash Management
Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Owns daily treasury operations, ensuring liquidity monitoring, accurate payment processing, and timely reconciliations.
Accountable for accurate and up-to-date maintenance of bank accounts, mandates, authorised signatory records, and banking documentation.
Accountable for monitoring and managing payment exceptions, chargeback values, fraud losses, recovery status, and card/online sales settlements.
Answerable for ensuring all cash management and treasury operations comply with internal controls, banking requirements, and audit standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash & Liquidity Monitoring: Monitor daily cash positions, bank accounts, and cash movements; prepare cash-flow reports and forecasts to ensure sufficient funds for operational and payment needs; investigate unusual or outstanding transactions and follow up promptly.
Payment Processing: Process payments accurately, monitor transaction status, and administer payment files and online banking platforms in line with approval controls.
Reconciliations: Complete bank, cash, card, online sales, payment gateway, and merchant-acquirer settlements accurately within established deadlines; resolve discrepancies promptly and support month-end and financial closing activities.
Airline Settlement Tracking: Support the reconciliation and tracking of airline settlement activities, including travel-agent, card, and other industry settlement receipts, in accordance with applicable schedules and procedures.
Banking Administration: Maintain bank accounts, mandates, authorised signatory records, board resolutions, and banking documents to ensure records are complete, current, and properly filed.
Compliance & Audit: Monitor banking facilities, limits, and fees; support compliance reviews and internal or external audits.
Fraud & Exception Management: Track chargeback values, fraud losses, recovery status, and payment exceptions (such as refunds, rejected/duplicated payments, and unidentified receipts); escalate unusual trends and coordinate timely investigation and resolution.
Collaboration & Improvement: Work closely with Finance, commercial teams, and banking partners to resolve operational matters and support treasury process and system improvements.
AUTHORITY
Independently monitor daily cash positions, bank accounts, and payment statuses within established approval controls.
Investigate transactional discrepancies, banking operational matters, and payment exceptions directly with relevant teams and banking partners.
Matters requiring escalation or higher approval: Approval of payments outside set controls, overrides of approval limits, escalation of unusual fraud/chargeback trends, and any amendments to banking mandates, facilities, or authorized signatory records.
DELEGATION OF DUTIES
Backup: Designated Cash Management peer or Assistant, Treasury (as assigned by the Head, Treasury).
Delegable Responsibilities: Routine daily cash position tracking, payment file preparation (pre-approval stage), and standard bank reconciliation reporting.
Circumstances for Delegation: Planned leave, medical leave, or official out-of-office duties.
Limitations: Final payment approvals, authorization changes, mandate updates, and sign-offs on audit or month-end reconciliations remain strictly with the role holder or require direct Head, Treasury sign-off.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A CGPA of 3.00 or above is preferred.
Certifications / Licenses: None specified (relevant professional finance/treasury qualifications are an advantage).
Experience: Up to three years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, banking, cash management, accounts payable, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong academic results, relevant internships, or demonstrated interest in corporate treasury are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of banking operations, electronic payments, treasury processes, and cash-flow management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including commonly used formulas and PivotTables.
Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and online banking platforms/payment portals is an advantage.
Good written and spoken English.
Competencies, Knowledge, and Behaviors:
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with close attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Description
A. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Turn briefs and ideas into strong design and video work across brand, campaigns, customer touchpoints and selected social content.
Build AirBorneo’s in-house creative capability so the team can move faster, stay consistent and reduce unnecessary routine outsourcing.
Bring AirBorneo’s brand to life through fresh, contemporary creative inspired by Borneo’s people, places and stories.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES
Create brand, campaign, digital, print, corporate, route-launch, event and other creative assets from approved briefs.
Edit video for campaigns, internal content, digital platforms and selected social applications where required, including basic motion graphics and content adaptations.
Apply strong typography, layout and visual judgement to maintain brand consistency and produce accurate, production-ready artwork.
Contribute ideas and creative recommendations and turn creative direction into effective finished work across different formats.
Maintain organized working files, masters, templates and approved assets, while improving repetitive production tasks where practical.
Support photography and video shoots where required.
Use AI-enabled creative tools appropriately to support ideation, design, editing and production, while checking quality, accuracy and usage rights.
C. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountable for the quality, accuracy, timeliness and brand consistency of assigned creative outputs.
Accountable for disciplined file, version and asset-rights management and for ensuring final deliverables are technically ready for their intended channel or production method.
Accountable for raising brief, timing, factual, rights or quality risks early; creative direction, priorities and final quality approval remain with the Manager.
D. AUTHORITY
May make day-to-day design and editing decisions within the approved brief, brand direction and agreed production parameters.
May propose concepts, treatments, formats and production or efficiency improvements for consideration and approval where required.
May not independently change campaign objectives, brand standards, final messaging, expenditure, supplier commitments or public communications unless specifically delegated.
Must escalate unclear or conflicting briefs, rights concerns, factual issues, major scope changes and resource or deadline conflicts.
E. DELEGATION OF DUTIES
During absence, urgent routine adaptations may be reassigned by the Manager to another team member or approved external resource.
Production or adaptation tasks may be handed off with alignment from the Manager or Creative Services Executive, with correct files, specifications and status clearly transferred.
Delegated work must remain within the approved brief and brand standards, with clear version control and no unapproved changes to scope.
Final creative approval, brand exceptions, budget authority and external communications remain with the Manager or other authorised approver.
F. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma, degree or equivalent practical experience in graphic design, branding, creative, multimedia or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating good visual judgement, layout, typography and brand application.
Confident video editing skills, supported by relevant work samples.
Strong interest in AI-enabled creative tools, including image, video and content editing, with curiosity to explore new workflows and improve creative output.
Comfortable using common creative software and adapting to new tools.
Photography, filming, motion graphics or content creation experience is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio, good creative instincts and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
