KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Lead the TSP Quality team to provide quality governance and assurance across the project lifecycle (FEL to close-out), including manpower and budget planning.
• Establish and continuously enhance Project Quality Management (PQM) systems, including PQP, ITP, procedures, and quality data frameworks and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and industry standards while driving continuous improvement through data, audits, and lessons learned.
• Oversee quality and completion management activities, including inspections, testing, FAT, Mechanical Completion, and commissioning verification.
• Monitor and report quality performance through Eight Quality Focus Ares (8QFA), audits, and health checks, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Govern NCR and RCA processes, ensuring timely closure, effective corrective actions, and prevention of recurring issues.
• Identify systemic quality gaps and implement preventive and improvement measures to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor and evaluate competency of contractor/vendor’s quality performance and key personnel.
• Collaborate with PMTs, contractor/vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality requirements and effective project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) requirements in Quality Management.
• Facilitate and conduct training modules for quality management as part of the PD Academy Program for staff and contractors. Coach and mentor junior team members in PQM.
